The Adelphi String Quartet was formed in 1985 and has forged many links with the business community resulting in a Gala Recital at Hillsborough Castle, sponsored by IBM and a series of concerts sponsored by Coca–Cola.

The Adelphi String Quartet’s repertoire extends from the baroque to the twentieth century, catering for a variety of musical tastes and occasions.

In a packed hour of fun and entertainment Big Bad Bass touch on all aspects of the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Children actively participate in a programme which is designed to instruct as well as entertain. There are pieces of music just to listen to, and others to sing along with. There are also opportunities for children to play percussion instruments and to help play the double bass.

The Ulster String Quartet is an experienced, Northern Ireland–based
ensemble that combines the talents of four young professional musicians. The quartet performs regularly throughout the province at events ranging from weddings, receptions and parties to formal dinners, corporate functions and conferences. In addition, we have performed at a large number of private events in some of the region’s premier function venues.
