Principal Conductor JoAnn Falletta opens our new Season with a concert of three great Russian masters. Borodin’s thrilling and energetic dances get the evening off to an exhilarating start and Rimsky–Korsakov’s magical fairytale in music, with its opulence and colour, is a perfect way to end the concert.

Between these two orchestral tours de force, Peter Donohoe makes a welcome return to
Belfast to perform Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody, one of the pinnacles of the piano repertoire in this showpiece concert.
