The young Norwegian trumpet virtuoso, Tine Thing Helseth, has been rapidly making a
name for herself since she last played with the Ulster Orchestra. If you heard her last time, you’ll know what to expect and if you didn’t, get your ticket early as this soloist shouldn’t be missed!

The concert opens with a familiar composer but an unfamiliar work and ends with that sunniest of Brahms’ symphonies, his No.2.

Tine Thing will also give a trumpet Masterclass in the Ulster Hall on Thursday 20 September at 7.30pm.
